Galvanized steel coils are manufactured by dipping cold steel plates and hot-rolled steel plates into a hot dipped galvanizing bath, and the surface is coated with zinc patina. Our coils are guaranteed to have thick zinc plating surface and excellent durability. They are designed for a variety of uses, especially for automobiles and home appliances, according to the demands and customized orders.
Galvannealed steel coils are manufactured with an iron-zinc alloying layer formed from iron-zinc alloy, using 10% iron density, after hot dipped galvanizing and re-processing at 500℃. Due to their excellent durability and coating adhesion, they are used as materials for interior and outer plates as well as for the structures of automobiles.
